About Harry O:

Harry Osibin is an award-winning broadcaster with more than thirty years experience in Bay Area radio.
 
He spent 16 years as Public Affairs Director for KITS Radio in San Francisco. He is currently President of the Bay Area Public Affairs Directors (BAPAD).

Harry is the host of  The Harry O Show on
KYOURadio every Saturday at 8 AM.

He also produces new programming at the website
HarryO.org.

Harry O's award winning-public affairs programs have been heard on KITS (LIVE 105), KLLC (Alice @ 97.3), 99.7 KFRC and KIFR (Free FM).  He also has produced and hosted Earthbeat, an environmental show for KNRK in Portland.


He has been recognized for excellence by the Bay Area Air Quality Management District, the Metropolitan Transportation Commission and the Coalition for Eclectic Radio.
 
American Women in Radio and Television awarded a KUDO to Harry O for "Best Radio Public Affairs Show" in 2000 and in 2003.

He is the founder and host of
The Green Hour with Harry O, "America's First Environmental Radio Program."  Since its debut in 1990 The Green Hour with Harry O has set the standard for innovation in "green" broadcasting.

Harry O produces a weekly feature in English for German radio station
N-JOY in Hamburg.

He is a member of the
American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (AFTRA).

Harry O has worked as a disc jockey in various formats over the years.  He has played the hits on such stations in the Bay Area as KDIA, KNEW, KYA and KITS.

He has held the post of program director for KMJM in Saint Louis and WZAK in Cleveland. He served as program director for his college radio station, KCSF at City College of San Francisco.

Radio Access Guaranteed was founded in 2006 by Harry Osibin as a means for delivering to community groups the opportunity to reach a broader audience on radio, by streaming on the Internet, by archiving and via podcast.
